Just a short walk away, there's a cute place called Las Totoras 🌮 where you can have a meal. the whole team working here is super nice. It's a good spot to stay and make the most of your vacation.

Located near thermal pools, the hotel's clean rooms offer comfortable beds and a soothing ambiance. the polite staff caters to specific requests and provides excellent service. Offering a pool, guests also have access to a wholesome breakfast with good coffee and fresh bread.

Music is played consistently throughout the hotel which may be overwhelming for some guests.

The constant, loud music was a downside - it was played everywhere, including at breakfast. The basic food could have been improved, although the service was great.

I had a great city break, with amazing thermal pools and a stunning location nearby. The employees were very welcoming and happy to help. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, with two lamps available for bedtime reading.

I would have preferred hotter water from the room faucet to truly indulge in the bathtub. Plus, the music was quite loud, constantly playing in the pool areas.
